Bunheads gets an extended season

The Gilmore Girl-esque show has proven to be a big hit with ABC Family, so big that they ordered at least 8 more episodes. The episode that just recently aired on monday was going to be the series finale until ABC Family ordered more episodes. The new episodes will most likely air sometime early next year. Bunheads is Amy Sherman-Palladino's latest project with quite a lot of Gilmore Girl alums in it, so those Gilmore Girls fans who hasn't seen the show yet I suggest that you check it out.

Gossip Girl's final season will have 10 episodes

It's not surprising really that the final season of Gossip Girl will be 10 episodes long, the series hasn't been the same for a long long time.

CW president Mark Pedowitz said "I'm a big believer in retrospectives and a big believer in allowing the audience to say farewell to their shows."

This could be like One Tree Hill's special goodbye (sniff) with the OTH special 'Always And Forever' which was awesome btw.
