              Hanna: “Hanna: Em, get real, this is all about the A-ness of things”

              Spencer: “Yeah I would not have said it like that. But Hanna’s right.”

Some of you guys have messaged me asking for my old format just to compare to last weeks’ new format.

So Pll went all black and white, at first I was sceptical about idea but it turned out to be pretty awesome.

So the girls minus Aria are looking for evidence that Mr Fitz is A and they happen to find Ali's journal that A took in his desk. (Too easy I think) but soon after they see Mona go into his classroom and take some papers.

In the school bathroom they are still hiding the truth from Aria and she is lying to them. After Aria leaves Spencer asks Hanna to keep an eye on Mr Fitz.


Spencer is watching a black and white film while taking some pills. This is when we enter the black and white part of the episode.

Mona and Mr Fitz are sharing a drink and Hanna sees them together (not that together) which is why soon after she tails Mona but she gets the drop on Hanna. Mona calls Hanna and lures her to Ezra's apartment. Ezra is there and he and Spence have a confrontation and he calls her out about why she hasn't told Aria her suspicions.

While driving home in the car Spencer tells Hanna that the number with Ali's money led to the Fitzgerald foundation as in EzrA Fitzgerald.

EzrA and Toby are talking about dames (sorry couldn't resist) have those two even had a scene together before this? EzrA tells Toby that Ali is alive but Toby doesn't believe it. But Ezra tells him that Spencer knows.

Ali appears at Spencer's house being all mysterious. She says that Spencer has all the pieces but doesn't know how to put them together. She even said one of her famous lines "that's immortality my darling"

Toby is interrogating Spencer and comes up with a theory that I am ashamed to say that I haven't thought of yet. He said that Spencer is that smart one that she helped Ali commit murder or Ali manipulated her.

On a side not EzrA is having dinner with Aria but she wants to tell her friends about them being back together but he's not too sure about it, saying that she doesn't know all of her friends' secrets like Alison is alive.

Meanwhile Emily and Paige are having a tough time being together. Afraid of what people will say, what they would do. But they end up being together in the most intimate way.

Back in the interrogation room Toby is still interrogating Spencer and in his own way helping her to figure out the puzzle but they stop with that get all spoby (yay)

Spence and Aria are having a heart to heart and Aria comes clean about her relationship with EzrA but as soon as Spencer is about to tell aria about Fitz being A Hanna comes in and says that she found Ali.

They found Ali at a club and a shady one at that. I guess she's gotta earn money after all she was running out. Ali doesn't want the girls to listen to Spencer anymore and Spencer is tired of Ali manipulating her. Ali is about to slap Spence but Hanna of all people stops her. Then a gunshot is fired and almost hits Ali. They all run but EzrA calls out for Aria and everyone is saying to Aria not to go to him. But she goes (of course) and still no one can tell Aria the truth. Toby shows up and hits him and they girls get away with Toby.

The black and white portion of the episodes ends and Spencer figures the puzzle out thanks to dream sequence Toby. It turns out when Em said early on in the episode that maybe they found the journal a bit too easy. She was right because not a lot but some of the text on the pages have been changed. And the change might look small but it’s actually a big change. So whoever planted the journal wanted the girls to stop looking for Ali or to make it think that they have the original journal. But what that person doesn't know is that Spencer has the original copies on her phone. (Spencer is awesome)

So what does everyone think? We all know because of the promo that next week #Ariafoundsout and you know that's gonna be awesome.
