           Qetsiyah: "Have you not been listening to me? I have trust issues, 
                           I'm controlling and paranoid and a little crazy!"



This episode was kinda awesome with a couple of twists and turns.

The episode starts with Stefan walking into a bar and starts feeding on the bartender, of course because he's been dieting all summer. Being locked in a safe can do that to you. But while feeding he pulls himself away and tells her to run.

Stefan runs outside but he burns because Silas took his daylight ring. Elena having trouble sleeping tells Damon about the dream she just had of Stefan at a bar and burning. But Damon being Damon doesn't believe her, why should he? She’s only having dreams about his baby brother, her ex. But he finally starts to believe her but who should come in but the awesome Katherine, and she has something to say. She's been having the same dream as Elena. Ooooh plot twist. Is this a doppelganger thing?

Silas ordered Nadia to Matt's Gilbert ring and kill him. Because he's kinda paranoid. But she's reluctant to do so because well we'll find out later.

Stefan wakes up inside the bar after being saved by a mysterious woman; she seems to know Silas quite well. She then tells him that her name is Qetsiyah. Wait the same Qetsiyah that trapped Silas ages ago? The same Qetsiyah that created the cure? She begins to tell the story of Silas. Silas was a traveller like Nadia and Gregor. Silas made Qetsiyah fall in love with him so that he can get her immortality spell to make him immortal. We then learn that she freed Stefan. She was dead for 2000 years and came back for Stefan. She tells him that she was able to come back because Bonnie dropped the veil. Thanks Bonnie. She then says that "Silas was my true love, I wasn't his”.

Matt confronts Nadia behind 'The Grill' she tells him that Silas wants him dead but his only chance for survival is to trust her. So she puts her hands on his face and Gregor her traveller friend that she killed appears inside Matt. she said that it was the only way that she could protect him. But she wants to find a way to make Gregor's stay inside Matt more permanent. But he first he needs to call Elena as Matt and find out where Katherine is. But I have to say that it is about time that Matt gets a storyline, Zach Roerig aka Matt did a really awesome job of portraying Gregor especially with the accent.

Still on the road trip Katherine, Elena and Damon find the bar that Stefan was in during their dream and the bartender tells them what happened she tells them that a woman came and put him in a car that she knew. So before they leave Damon has a drink but Nadia appears and she compels the bartender to put vervain inside Damon's drink.

Continuing with story time Qetsiyah tells Stefan that on her wedding day she found out the Silas had taken the immortality potion. Later she finds Silas in the woods with his true love, her hand maiden Amara, who coincidently looks exactly like Elena. She tells Silas that she made a cure for the immortality potion that she and Amara took and it worked out pretty well. She also explains that doppelgangers were born out of Silas and Amara's sin. So after she used the cure on Amara she slit her throat and well Amara is dead and Silas vows revenge. Qetsiah created the other side as a barrier for Silas. She trapped him with the cure hoping that he would take it and die. Gee Qetsiyah is one busy scorned woman. She also says that she planted those dreams inside of Katherine and Elena.

Speaking of Katherine, after being captured by Nadia they are confronted by Silas. But Silas is busy backstabbing her and compelling her to shoot herself but as this is going on Tessa formally Qetsiyah plans on using the Stefan/Silas connection to her advantage. Using it to turn off Silas' mind powers. Damon is with Stefan but after Qetsiyah beats him she continues with her plan and as she explains it. Fried Silas' brain. So after she fried Stefan and Silas' brains Nadia takes Katherine and leaves.

Tess tells Damon that the destiny is against them. Because the doppelgangers always find each other and always fall in love. So I'm confused. Does that mean Stefan and Katherine are destined to be together or Stefan and Elena?

Silas calls Nadia wanting Katherine's location but she doesn't tell him anything. But before he hangs up he tells Katherine and Nadia that Katherine's blood is the cure. Say what! Does this mean that Elena can become human again?

Back at the Salvatore manor Damon comes clean to Elena about what Qetsiyah said. He also mentioned something about Elena being his life. I guess that's kind of romantic. After that heart warming moment Stefan wakes up and has no memory of who Damon and Elena are. DUN DUN DUN.

As I said before this episode was kinda awesome and with the twist of the cure and Qetsiyah being back along with possessed Matt. Things are getting interesting in Mystic Falls. As usual can't wait till next week.
