Despite a bad Friday night slot going up against Supernatural and Fringe and being compared to that other fairy tale show, Grimm has been renewed for a second season. Much darker than "Once Upon A Time" which is what probably gave it a ratings boost for the March 9 episode. NBC has done the right thing by renewing it.
