Private Practice to end after current season

Yep it's true. Private practice will end after it's sixth and current season. The Grey's Anatomy spin off will end after 13 episodes. The creator of both Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice Shonda Rhimes broke the news on Twitter saying.

 "I'm sad to say that Private Practice's run will end after episode 613 this season,"
Well Rhimes still has her other two shows Grey's Anatomy and Scandal which is aweomse btw.

Tim Daly's character Pete Wilder was killed off at the beginning of this season and Kate Walsh's character Addison Montgomery was leaving after 13 episodes of this current season. Looks like the show will not be surviving without Walsh's character.

So what do you guys think of this news?
I am just hoping that Addison goes back to Grey's Anatomy's Seattle Grace hospital because Mark Sloan is gone and without Arizona in her current state, they need a new peeds resident.

Say it isn't so? Addison Forbes Montgomery will not be coming back after the show's sixth season. She revealed this while chatting to Bethenny on her chat show. She told Bethenny Frankel:

"This is my last season for Private Practice. Its been an incredible journey an amazing ride, I'm hugely, hugely grateful..It's been a long time being Addison. I feel incredibly grateful to Shonda Rhimes and all the fans that have been there from Day 1 to now. I'm really excited about the last season."

So yes this also means that she won't be coming back to Grey's Anatomy either, So Addison and Derek fans or Addison and Mark fans for those of you that are still holding out hope, the hope is gone :( But I can kinda see why she is leaving,Addison's story is basically finished because she has finally gotten her baby.

Tim Daly not coming back for Private Practice season 6

Goodbye Pete Wilder. The controversal naturopathic doctor and sometimes herbalist will not be back for the sixth and possibly final season :( Daly himself wrote on twitter today:

 “Wonderful fans of PPP. Shonda informed my agent today that Pete won’t be returning for season 6. It was a great 5 yrs. R.I.P. Pete Wilder.”

Private Practice's renewal came down to the wire this year due to the budget. I kinda think it was the right choice to get rid of Pete because he was kinda annoying towards the end off the last season.
